Hi HARVEY, I recommend looking at Wix and Weebly as both are very easy to use. You won't have any trouble getting to grips with them as they been designed to be user-friendly. You'll have no trouble creating a simple one-page website with either one. As a heads up, Weebly has a smaller selection of templates, but they are generally simpler and more basic templates, so this might save you some time. And remember, just because all the bells and whistles are available, doesn't mean you necessarily have to use them! I've linked to our Weebly + Wix reviews for you. Hope that helps, - Tom

Hi there Shannin, What you're looking to create is a bit too advanced for the website builders we suggested above. You'll probably need a more specialized website builder (perhaps search for a "marketplace website builder"?) or have one custom built for you. If you decide on the latter, take a look at our guide on how to hire a website developer. Jeremy

"We needed a simple web site creation tool. We needed to quickly and easily get an attractive web site. We needed to do all of this without having to work through a “developer.” And, since 1995, I and millions of others have been living in frustration, because that tool has never, ever existed. Never. This tool is the holy grail, a flying unicorn… the loch ness monster… rare and amazing, and something nobody has ever actually seen."

For a professional type of website, much like large corporations use, stand alone website templates as zip file downloads are the best choice and are the type of website Allwebco offers. Our websites are developer grade, meaning they are complete HTML websites with built-in features and a set of pre-formatted webpages. Our web templates are used by designers and developers world-wide to setup custom client websites. Built to W3C standards, all colors are editable using the global css style file. All images are standard web format jpg, png and gif that you can edit or replace.
Now, this is not to say that you shouldn't choose a website builder for an ecommerce website— in the last few years website builders such as Wix, Weebly and Squarespace have aggressively built out strong ecommerce features. Instead, I'd suggest choosing a website builder for your ecommerce website if you're website needs to do things other than ecommerce. For example, if you also want to have a blog or other content heavy pages.

The templates are ad-free zip file downloads that include all source code and files used for the build. Once downloaded, users edit the html pages and images on their local computer hard drive using any html, wysiwyg or plain text editing software, then "publish", or upload the files to their web hosting account using FTP software (many free HTML editors and FTP programs are available). This type of website allows for more flexibility and control than traditional website builder programs offer, particularly if you're doing comprehensive SEO or are planning a large website project.

However, it’s still a fantastic website builder, armed with loads of great aspects for users new to website construction. The templates are flexible, and you can change between them at any time. Like Wix, Weebly also has a very intuitive drag-and-drop editor, allowing for deep customization of your site. You’ll also have access to over 300 apps and plugins which will help make your site work brilliantly for all of your visitors.
